Family Directory

The Patrick PTA is once again happy to be creating a Patrick Family Directory.  Each and every Patrick PTA family will receive a copy in October.  Presently we are collecting ads from local businesses to appear in the Directory.  If you own a business, or know someone who does, please check out this marketing opportunity by clicking on the documents below.  All advertising and payment must be submitted by Friday, SEPTEMBER 25^th, 2009.
 

If you would like your family's information to appear in the Patrick Family Directory, please be sure to become a Patrick PTA member by Friday, SEPTEMBER 25^th, 2009.  This is a great communication tool that contains information to connect students and parents outside of school.  A signed PTA membership form will give us permission to print this information on your behalf in the 2009-2010 Family Directly.  Please click on the link below if you need a PTA Membership Form.  Remember that you must be a 2009-2010 Patrick PTA Member to receive this free publication.   Please turn in your membership dues along with your completed PTA Membership Form to your child’s teacher.
